Cancellation Policy

A confirmed booking requires a completed booking form and full payment. Full payment is due at least 7 days before the event. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation up to 7 days before the event results in a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests must be made 5 days before the event, subject to availability and possible fees. Entertainment Timing: Entertainment must conclude by: Mon to Thurs: 10:30 PM Fri & Sat: 11:30 PM Sun: 10:00 PM Liability and Damages: The hirer is liable for event damages. The hall management isn't responsible for lost belongings. Cleaning: Leave the hall as found; additional cleaning fees may apply. Alcohol: Only available from the venue's bar; no outside alcohol allowed. Additional fees apply for events outside regular bar hours. Catering: In-house catering is available; inquire for options. External catering requires a venue-provided disclaimer for compliance. Insurance: Consider event liability insurance for accidents or incidents. Compliance with Laws: Adhere to all local laws, regulations, and occupancy limits. Termination of Agreement: Hall management may terminate for non-compliance or disruptive behavior. Changes to Terms: Venue reserves the right to update terms with prior notice.
